Any student can go for Teacher training prog after 12th. if you have secured more then 50% marks then you can go for JBT Course . this course is conducted by SCERT Board DIET in Delhi & Haryana. There is not Entrance test for this course.  Direct admission on merit basis will take place in both of the states but as there are on 1000 Approx seats in delhi diet so chances are merit will reach up to 90%.
