B.ed Admission (Registration) in Delhi/NCR colleges has started from April 1st week. Minimum Eligibility is 50% in your graduation or post-graduation (Arts/Science/Commerce Stream). Admission will take place on Merit Basis depending on several candidates applying college-wise.

There are so many Govt and Private universities that offer B.ed Prog recognized by NCTE. The most common names in Delhi are Delhi University, IP University & Jamia University. In Delhi, students has to go through Entrance Exam. Entrance Exam dates will be announced soon on the respective universities' Portal.

But in Haryana, there is no Entrance Exam for B.ED course. Universities in Haryana offer B.ED on a Merit basis. The most popular universities are Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, DCRUST University, Maharshi Dayanand University & Kurukshetra University.

So many students after 12th ask me how to become Govt Teacher after 12th as there is no more counselling assistance exists in most of the school's in India specially in Govt Schools. Any student can go for Teacher training prog after 12th. if you have secured more then 50% marks then you can go for JBT Course . this course is conducted by SCERT Board DIET in Delhi & Haryana. There is not Entrance test for this course.  Direct admission on merit basis will take place in both of the states but as there are on 1000 Approx seats in delhi diet so chances are merit will reach up to 90%.
